One or two teaspoons of this unique, Australian-flavoured, Thai-style green paste added to any coconut-milk based curry will transform your meal with a fragrant burst of aromatic flavours. These underpin the heat intensity of the carefully selected green chillies used in this popular curry paste, and the use of fresh lime juice, coriander and lemon myrtle, and other selected native-Australian herbs makes this an ideal additive to marinades. Best with seafood and white meat curries, it can be used in a multitude of ways, or experiment a little with your own favourite dishes, stir-frys etc. No fish sauce or shrimp paste – vegan friendly!
