The BLUE KITCHEN Magalie Yellow Curry Paste is a Caribbean style recipe with some Australian native spices added to give it that unique edge.
It is a slightly milder curry paste than the others in the BLUE KITCHEN range, but still has that bite to spice up coconut-milk curries using chicken or fish as the main ingredient.
